List Hero – 23 Ways To Build Your List.

I thought I should do a follow up post about List Hero to let you all know that our friends at List Hero are releasing a series of mind maps, I’ve just got my hands on the first of them, “23 Ways To Build Your List” and its incredibly useful considering its completely free.
I’ve printed a copy off and put it next to my computer to remind me to revisit each of the strategies I’m currently using. Right now I’m using 10 of them with plans to implement a further 4 in the near future. So even if you think you have your list building methods all worked out, I strongly recommend you still download a copy and take 5 minuets to read it.
I don’t think they have produced any new strategies in this mind map, but they have covered all the main methods, and consolidated them in one place.
Some of the methods may seem a little advanced for anybody new to list building, if this is you, don’t worry you will soon be at a point when more of them become possible. I would (and in fact did) start with the following:
- Blog posts
- Blog comments
- Forum posts
- Email signatures
- Viral systems
- Viral giveaways
- Article writing
There are two reasons I recommend you start with this list, the first is often the most important when your just getting started, cost.
All of the above can be done completely free, and you will find the resources for them between here and the member’s area. The second reason I produced this shortlist is because it dose not require you to have relationships with other marketers, or an existing list to barter with.
